In Japanese food, tempura and sushi are famous, but there are many other foods.
I like katsudon(deep-fried pork cutlet on rice).
Today I'm going to eat katsudon at Matsunoya near JR Nara station.
Matsunoya is a chain restaurant.
First I buy a ticket.
This ticket vending machine can display not only in Japanese, but also in English, Chinese and Korean.
Seats are basically free.
I sat on a table seat.
After a while arriving at a seat, a waiter came and took the ticket half tear off and brought it.
Here I go for taking water by myself.
There are dressings, sauces, soy sauce, Shichimi pepper and spicy on the table, but this is used for tonkatsu(pork cutlets) and not for katsudon.
In addition there are chopsticks and toothpicks, nafkins.
After waiting a few minutes, katsudon was served.
Katsu-don is boiled rice with a deep-fried pork cutlet served with cooked egg.
